How to Massage Away a Headache

Headaches can be really painful no matter if is chronic or not. You can help yourself from headaches through medical drugs or by simply learning how to do a self-massage. This ways you will get rid of headache in a simple, healthy way.
1 First and most important is to get comfortable. You cannot really enjoy a massage if the place where you lay is not comfortable. Find a sofa or chair that makes you really feel good.
2 Turn off the lights. If is evening/night better turn off the lights; if its daylight then find a place where is not too much lights.
3 Start the massage by the area of above and around your ears. Move slowly the skin with your fingers in that place and start moving a little bit your scalp also not just your fingers.
4 Start moving the pads of your fingers in circles around the temples; keep doing it for few minutes. Continue doing the same thing behind of your head.
5 Continue doing it until the pain goes away. By massaging the areas where the strongest pain is created you will relief yourself and feel much better afterwards.
6 Massage your neck with the palm of your hands. Sometimes too much tension can be created in our shoulder and neck; all you need to do is massage your neck slowly and then your shoulders, it will really help you feel better.
Tips: If massage isn’t working that much for you and you want to get rid of it without medicine, then try a hot shower; sometimes big stress and tension can be accumulated inside our body and a hot bath is a great way to relief that stress. Also it will make you feel bit sleepy so when you wake up you won’t feel the pain anymore.

How to Apply Pencil/ Liquid Eyeliner

Many women have it difficult to apply a straight- beautiful line using eyeliner; but let me tell you, with the right tips is not difficult at all. You will apply your eyeliner like a pro after using these tips
Pencil Eyeliner:  If you use pencil eyeliner make sure you choose one that is creamy and long lasting. Start by applying it on the outer corner and then move on to the inner corner of your eyes; if the liner is not very straight, take a small brush and try to make the line as smooth as you can. If you want to do the winged line, use the eyeliner left on the brush to do that so it will not come out very heavy.
Liquid Liner: If you are a beginner with liquid eyeliner I would recommend you use  pencil eyeliner first, just to make the line straight and give it the shape you want, and then apply the liquid liner on top of it; will make things way easier for you.
When it comes to liquid eyeliner, I would recommend you use felt-tip eyeliner because it makes the liner straighter and easy to apply.
How to apply liquid liner like a pro: First make sure there isn’t too much liquid on the brush, and start by applying it from the inner corner to outer corner of your eye, make sure the line is pretty thick on the inner corner;
you can make a straight line or you can do it by applying small strokes- whatever is easier for you; I have it easier if I do small strokes in the beginning so I can have more control on the shape I want to give to the line.
Brush the product off the brush and draw a small line on your lower lashes to connect the eyeliner and make it look more natural. Start by doing it from the middle to the out part, drawing a full line is not recommended.

Best Lipstick Color for Your Skin Tone

There are so many lipstick colors on the stores, red, brown, nude, pink – that sometimes choosing which one to buy/ or use it can be a little bit difficult. But I would suggest the best lipstick color is the one that matches with your skin tone and not your outfit. Yes maybe you want to use a red lipstick to match it with a classy black dress, but if it doesn’t look good with your skin tone, probably it will not look good with your outfit also. Below you will find some of the best colors you can use according to your skin tone.
1- Pale Skin: Now if you have a pale skin, you have to be careful what lipstick color you use. You can always go to the beach or take some sunshine but it still won’t change your natural skin tone during the winter; therefore I would recommend you use a nude, peachy lipsticks or just a gloss.
Red lipstick for pale skin is also a great idea but only if you choose the right shade, which is medium red, not dark or too intense.
What to avoid? I would suggest you avoid dark shades, such as brown, dark red or burgundy shades because are very contrasting with your skin tone.
2- Dark Skin: If you have a dark skin, then I would say you are lucky! Because nearly all kind of lipstick shades would look good on you; Orange lipstick or coral shades are very recommended, and a gloss on top of the lipstick to make your lips look even more full.
What to avoid? You better avoid milky or very light shades because would be very contrasting with your skin tone.
3-If you Skin has yellow undertone: blue based reds will suit perfectly to this kind of skin tone, or just gloss to make your lips shine.  Bronze shades are also perfect during the summer for this tone skin.
What to avoid?  I would suggest you stay away from purple because it will only make your skin look more yellow.
* If you are Asian: for Asian women I would recommend coral lipstick and lipgloss because we all know Asian women have full lips, therefore this kind of shades will match perfectly to you and your beauty!
*If you are Indian: for Indian women I would recommend colors and more colors! Try pink during the day and brick red for night events.
*If you are middle eastern: nude lipsticks will match perfectly to you, especially as you probably have the famous long lashes of middle eastern (s0 jealous).

Maxi dresses are amazing for every body type-with a very feminine look, they can be easily combined and wore for different occassions. But there is only one item that can give maxi dresses a great look and thats waist belts.
Maxi dresses without a waist belt can look really plain, but once you add the belt you feel like a woman because there is a shape created.  Sometimes choosing the right belt for your maxi dress may require a little bit of imagination and fashion knowledge. I am not saying you can’t combine a waist belt perfectly with your maxi dress, but if you have an idea to what color or size belt looks better with your maxi dress, you may end up wearing the wrong one and why to do so when there are so many tips you can get here!
Brown Waist Belts: Brown waist belts are usually wore during the winter, especially the leather ones, but if you want to wear it during the spring or summer, you can do so by wearing a beige/blue maxi dress. It will look stunning!

How Moods can Mess With Your Skin 77 days ago by armena Comments Off

The way you deal with your emotions it has a big impact on your skin. Stress and depression can show up in your skin in any different ways. Read below how mood affects on your skin and how to deal with it:
Stress - is the one of the biggest problems in the today’s society. Many people don’t know how to deal with their emotions; the reasons that lead to stress can be various from job to personal relationships but the way you react towards problems is essential. When someone gets stressed a hormone called cortisol runs through your blood and affects all your organs by making them more fragile. When you’re stressed you tend to eat more or less than usual; and that can destroy your body; which is reflected in your skin by aging it. You have probably seen people that say they’ve had a tough life, they always look older and their skin is really wrinkled no matter what age they are. Learn how to cope with stress and keep a positive attitude towards problems. Keep in mind that “Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do but it gets you nowhere”.
Anger- is the mother of wrinkles. When someone has a problem with anger their face is always tense and so is their skin. When someone is angry most of the time, their muscles are so tense that they create lines on their skin; therefore learn about anger management and help yourself because it will destroy not only your skin but also your mental health.
Depression- is usually associated with sleep patterns; and someone who lacks sleep doesn’t have a chance of having a healthy glowing skin. Depression tends to cause wrinkles- why? Because the facial expressions play big role on your skin; treat yourself through medication you suffer from depression for a long time.
Smile – for good skin; the way you deal with people, the world and yourself is essential if you want a healthy body and skin- therefore it has been proven that smile is really the best medicine you can provide to yourself. By having a positive attitude and smiling most of the time will not only make you feel good with yourself and make people love you but also having a fresh glowing skin in the most natural way ever.
